It's about time. Everybody knows that Wal-Mart is the cheapest place to buy anything. If anything, Chicago should have been begging them to open up in the poorest neighborhoods, not gridlocking them out. I thought Democrats were supposed to care about people in poverty; why did they want everyone paying more for groceries, clothes, or anything else you could possibly buy? It's unbelievable how different rhetoric can be from reality.
