Chicago Young Republicans Weigh In

Jason Plummer...not very transparent.

Some parinoid people might want to say that this is some political smear... Well, I'm not a blogger for a political group to keep things secret.  I met Jason Plummer at the holiday party, and I was asking him what his stances were on many different issues.  When it came to aboirtion, he tried to avoid answering me and sounded equivocal.  To my dismay, it turns out that the day before the holiday party, he was endorsed by the Illinois Federation for Right to LIfe.

If a politician was honest, they would have mentioned that endorsement instead of trying to avoid answering someone's questions.  I find it to be shady when someone says one thing to get an endorsement, and then another thing to voters.  Well Jason, you may have the IFRL's endorsement, but you don't have mine because I will not vote for a politician who cannot be honest.  I want a transparent government, and that type of communication does not bode well.
