I have liberal friends are the salt of the Earth, and do not fit into these broad strokes.  But can you really read this and not affirmatively nod your head?

By now you may have seen the Obama "Joker" pictures on the Web.  The image depicts the President as Heath Ledger’s Joker character from the Dark Night film, with the word “socialism” written in bold black type underneath.  The pictures are undeniably spooky, and also unexplainably eye-catching.  Critics have already begun assailing the representation: A Los Angeles community organization cried that it's “mean-spirited and dangerous."  The liberal tabloid, the L.A.

1. Janine Garofalo recently called me a redneck racist with neurological malfunctions on national television. Me! Can you believe that? I was shocked. Needless to say, I have never faced such venomous accusations. Of course, Ms. Garofalo didn’t mention me by name, but she flippantly advised Keith Olbermann that any participant in the April 15th Tax Day Protests was assuredly a white racist who couldn’t stand having a black president.
